Transfer: Saudi Giants Al Ittihad Snatch Ilenikhena from Monaco

Al Ittihad have reached an agreement with AS Monaco for the transfer of Nigerian-born striker George Ilenikhena.
Transfer expert Fabrice Hawkins revealed that Monaco accepted a €33 million offer from the Saudi Pro League side for the 19-year-old forward.
Ilenikhena had attracted strong interest from several European clubs, including Bayer Leverkusen, Eintracht Frankfurt, VfB Stuttgart and Lille, but has opted for a lucrative move to Saudi Arabia.
The teenage striker joined Monaco from Belgian side Royal Antwerp in 2023 and went on to score 10 goals in 51 appearances across all competitions for the Ligue 1 club.
