Transfer: Three clubs battle to sign Frank Onyeka

Nigeria international Frank Onyeka is reportedly drawing interest from several clubs, including Burnley, Stuttgart, and Fiorentina, as uncertainty looms over his future at Brentford.

The 27-year-old midfielder has returned to Brentford following a loan spell at Bundesliga side Augsburg last season. However, his next destination remains unclear, especially in light of recent managerial changes at the Premier League club.

Onyeka recently admitted that he’s unsure where he will be playing next season, with Brentford yet to appoint a new manager following Thomas Frank’s move to Tottenham Hotspur.

With just one year remaining on his contract, the defensive midfielder is reportedly hesitant to commit to a contract extension, increasing the likelihood of a summer move.

According to transfer expert Ben Jacobs, interest in Onyeka extends beyond the three named clubs, with other European sides also monitoring his situation closely.
