Courmayeur Cup Showcases Italy’s Top Volleyball Talent in the Alps

The Courmayeur Cup is set to return on Friday, September 26, and Saturday, September 27, bringing together the top four teams from last season’s Serie A1 Tigotà beneath the stunning backdrop of Mont Blanc. The tournament’s second edition will take place at the Courmayeur Sport Center, featuring defending champions Imoco Conegliano, Vero Volley Milano, Savino Del Bene Scandicci, and Igor Gorgonzola Novara.

The semifinals kick off with Conegliano facing Novara at 17:30 local time (15:30 GMT), followed by Milano taking on Scandicci at 20:30 (18:30 GMT). On Saturday, the third-place match will begin at 16:30 (14:30 GMT), with the final scheduled for 19:30 (17:30 GMT).

Fans can catch all the action live on Rai Sport, DAZN, and YouTube, with English commentary available on Volleyball World’s channel.

Among the key players to watch are Isabelle Haak, the unstoppable scorer for Conegliano, and captain Paola Egonu, who leads a revamped Milano squad. Scandicci will lean on the powerful presence of Ekaterina Antropova, while Novara features stars such as Mayu Ishikawa and Britt Herbots.

With a mix of world-class talent and fresh lineups, the Courmayeur Cup 2025 promises an electrifying start to the Italian volleyball season.
