Cuprum Stilon Gorzów and Eduardo Carisio Sobrinho Part Ways Following Injury

Cuprum Stilon Gorzów has announced that their recently signed setter, Eduardo Carisio Sobrinho, will miss the entire PlusLiga season due to a serious injury.

The 27-year-old Brazilian, who has played for several top clubs including Fiat/Minas, EMS Taubaté Funvic, Vôlei Itapetininga, Stade Poitevin (France), SESI-SP, Jihostroj České Budějovice, and Arkas Spor (Turkey), underwent medical examinations that confirmed the severity of his condition.

Following consultations with medical professionals, the coaching team, and the player, the club and Carisio have mutually agreed to terminate his contract to prioritize his health and recovery.
