Italy secured their place in the 2025 FIVB Men’s Volleyball World Championship final with a 3–0 victory over Poland, winning 25-21, 25-22, 25-23. Despite periods of uneven rhythm and numerous unforced errors from both sides, the reigning champions stayed composed when it mattered most.

Yuri Romanò led Italy’s charge with 15 points, supported by Alessandro Michieletto’s 12. Francesco Sani played a pivotal role late in the second set, delivering crucial serves that shifted momentum firmly towards Italy.

Poland’s offense was spearheaded by Wilfredo Leon Venero, who scored 14 points, while Kewin Sasak and Kamil Semeniuk added 9 and 7 points respectively. However, Poland struggled to counter Italy’s consistent serving and solid defensive play.
