Hezbollah Targets Tel Aviv Amid Ongoing Clashes with Israeli Troops

REPORT, NIGERIA NEWS 247 – Hezbollah has announced that it has fired “precision missiles” and utilized new types of attack drones for the first time against Israel, specifically targeting Tel Aviv with a barrage of rockets.

Meanwhile, Hamas has reported casualties resulting from intense fighting with Israeli troops near the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza, as clashes escalate in southern Lebanon with Hezbollah fighters.

According to Gaza’s government media office, over 770 Palestinians have been killed and 1,000 wounded due to Israeli military attacks and the ongoing siege on Jabalia. Hezbollah also confirmed that its top leader, Hashem Safieddine, was killed in an Israeli airstrike several weeks ago.

In the broader context of the conflict, at least 42,792 people in Gaza have died and 100,412 have been injured as a result of Israeli attacks since October 7, 2023. In Israel, approximately 1,139 people were killed during attacks led by Hamas, with over 200 taken captive.
