US Election: Trump Vows to Implement Largest Deportation Operation in American History

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has pledged to carry out “the largest deportation operation in the history of the United States.”

Trump made this promise while addressing Republican supporters on Thursday during his formal acceptance of the nomination.

He highlighted that the GOP platform includes a proposal for “the largest deportation operation in the history of our country.”

Trump also claimed that crime rates are decreasing in Central American countries like El Salvador because “they’re sending their murderers to the United States.”

Referencing a recent assassination attempt on his life, Trump stated that his deportation plans would surpass those of President Dwight D. Eisenhower. “You know, he was a moderate, but he believed very strongly in borders. He had the largest deportation operation we’ve ever had,” Trump said.
