Three dead, others injured in Nasarawa market building collapse

At least three people have reportedly died in Asakio after an old building collapsed in the main market.

According to reports, two women and a child perished in the incident in the Lafia Local Government Area of Nasarawa State. The tragedy happened on Monday afternoon, halting commercial activities in the market.

An eyewitness confirmed that two other individuals were rescued from the debris and taken to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
