#EndBadGovernanceInNigeria: “Only a charmed protester will submit his name and address to the Police” – Shenu Sani

The human rights activist, and former senator that represented Kaduna Central Senatorial District, Shehu Sani, commented on the call by the Inspector General of Police (IGP) to the protest organizer that they should submit their names, addresses to police.

In his comment which he made public on his X account, Sani stated that: The only way a protester can submit his name and address to the police is when he is charmed or ‘jazzed’ by a priest or a native doctor.

His comment points to the impossibility of protesters submitting those details requested by the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) through the IGP.
