The pair, selected from a pool of 15 players nominated by the Premier League Awards Panel and voted on by the public, join Ashley Cole in the Class of 2024, with the former England left-back being inducted earlier this year.

Andrew Cole stands as the fourth-highest scorer in league history, boasting 187 goals from 414 appearances, with only one of those goals coming from a penalty kick. His illustrious career spanned stints at Newcastle United, Manchester United, Blackburn Rovers, Fulham, Manchester City, Portsmouth, and Sunderland. His transfer to Manchester United in 1995 set a new British record, and alongside strike partner Dwight Yorke, he played a pivotal role in the Red Devils’ dominance from 1998 to 2001.

Reflecting on his induction, Cole expressed pride in his accomplishments, attributing them to his family, coaches, and teammates. He reminisced about his journey in football, acknowledging the ups and downs, but ultimately finding joy in every moment.

Joining Cole in the Hall of Fame is Chelsea legend John Terry, who clinched five Premier League titles with the Blues. Terry holds the records for most clean sheets (214) and most goals as a defender (41) in league history. Grateful for the recognition, Terry emphasized his dedication on the pitch and expressed pride in his achievements, particularly his time as Chelsea’s captain and the success he shared with his teammates.

Terry also paid tribute to his fellow inductee, Ashley Cole, hailing him as an incredible player and close friend. He underscored the honor of being recognized alongside his former teammates and reiterated his pride in winning the Premier League five times.
