Enyimba geared up preparation for NPFL resumption, says Ekwutozian

Enyimba midfielder Eze Ekwutozian expresses the team’s relentless preparation for the league’s return.

The People’s Elephant dominated Heartland with a 4-0 victory in a friendly match at the Enyimba International Stadium. Ekwutozian emphasized the rigorous nature of their training sessions leading up to the league resumption.

“In the past week, our training has been incredibly demanding,” he shared with the club’s media. “It’s been challenging, but it’s our responsibility. We’re pushing ourselves to regain top form before the league restarts.”

Overall, Ekwutozian believes the team is progressing well. “We’re headed in the right direction,” he affirmed.

Enyimba is set to face Abia Warriors in an eagerly anticipated Oriental derby as the league resumes next weekend.
