Atalanta head coach Ivan Juric has questioned Ademola Lookman’s commitment to the club, stating the winger must show greater dedication if he wants to return to the squad, according to NIGERIA NEWS 247.

Lookman has yet to feature for Atalanta this season after reportedly seeking a move away during the summer transfer window.

Speaking ahead of Atalanta’s weekend clash with Lecce, Juric made it clear he has no intention of convincing Lookman to play, emphasizing that only fully committed players will be considered.

“Will Lookman be in Paris? I don’t think so — the situation is unpleasant and far from ideal,” Juric told DAZN, referring to their upcoming UEFA Champions League tie against Paris Saint-Germain.

“We need players who are ready and willing to give everything for the shirt,” the 50-year-old added, echoing comments he made before the Lecce fixture.

Atalanta will now turn their focus to the crucial European showdown, likely without Lookman in the squad.
