LaLiga: Iheanacho Reflects on Learning from Guardiola, Aguero, and Dzeko

Kelechi Iheanacho has shared that he gained valuable insights from Pep Guardiola during his time at Manchester City.

Iheanacho spent one season under Guardiola’s guidance at the Etihad before transferring to Leicester City. During his time with City, the 27-year-old had the opportunity to learn from renowned strikers like Sergio Aguero, Edin Dzeko, Stevan Jovetic, and Alvaro Negredo.

This week, the Nigerian international joined LaLiga club Sevilla on a free transfer.

“I learned a lot playing alongside those players and from a great coach like Pep. They are legends,” Iheanacho said to Sevilla’s official website. “I hope to bring everything I learned there to this club and help it achieve great success.”
