Transfer: Arsenal Midfielder Set to Leave Arteta’s Squad for Medical with New Club

Arsenal midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga is poised to depart Mikel Arteta’s squad for a medical with Sevilla this week, according to Sky Sports.

Sevilla is in the final stages of securing an agreement with Arsenal to sign Lokonga on loan.

The deal is initially a loan with a £10 million option to buy the player.

This option may turn into an obligation based on certain conditions.

Should the transfer become permanent, Arsenal will include a 25 per cent sell-on clause in Lokonga’s contract.
