Kuwait’s Ministry of Defence has confirmed that multiple United States military aircraft were involved in crashes within the country on Monday.

The announcement was reported by the Kuwait News Agency in a post on X, citing an official statement from the ministry. According to the statement, all crew members aboard the aircraft survived, and Kuwaiti authorities are providing support for rescue and emergency response efforts.

“Ministry of Defense announces that several #US military aircraft crashed earlier in the day, confirming that all crew members survived the incident,” the statement read.

Officials did not immediately reveal how many aircraft were involved or what may have caused the crashes.

The incident occurred a day after Iran reportedly launched a strike on a US military base in Kuwait, allegedly in response to joint airstrikes by Israel and the United States on Iranian targets.

Reports also indicated that Iranian missile attacks targeted US bases and facilities in other countries across the region, including Qatar, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia.
