President Traore releases 400 tractors, 239 motorcycles and 710 motor pumps to boost agricultural production in Burkina Faso

The President of Burkina Faso, Ibrahim Traore, has reportedly released over 400 tractors, 239 motorcycles and 710 motor pumps with the intention of boosting agricultural production in Burkina Faso. 

NIGERIA NEWS 247 earlier reported that President Ibrahim Traore of Burkina Faso reduces politicians salaries by 30%, raises workers salaries by 50%.

Burkina Faso’s 36-year-old President Ibrahim Traore handed over these 400 tractors, 239 motorcycles and 710 motor pumps to agricultural investors to boost production.

The Government also provided 714 motorcycles for Farm Agents.

President Ibrahim Traore also expressed his government’s willingness to support producers with 10,000 tonnes of fish food, 68,964 tonnes of fertilizer, 10,000 litres of phytosanitary products, 18,000 tonnes of vegetable seeds, 2,300 tonnes of feed seeds and 10,000 tonnes of concentrated foods.
