EPL: Iwobi Nets Again as Fulham Secures Victory Against Tottenham

Alex Iwobi was on target as Fulham strengthened their bid for a European spot with a 2-1 victory over Tottenham Hotspur at the Stadium of Light.

Fulham took the lead in the 7th minute through Harry Wilson, who later provided the assist for Iwobi’s goal just after the half-hour mark, giving manager Marco Silva’s side a 2-0 advantage.

Iwobi has now scored in back-to-back league games for the Cottagers, bringing his tally to four goals and three assists in 22 league appearances this season.

Fellow Nigerian internationals Calvin Bassey and Samuel Chukwueze also featured for Fulham. Bassey played the full 90 minutes, while Chukwueze came on for Wilson 18 minutes from time.
