Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen made a notable contribution to Galatasaray’s 3-0 win over Antalyaspor on Saturday. After recovering from injury, Osimhen was substituted for Yunus Akgün in the 78th minute to enthusiastic cheers from the fans. During the international break, Galatasaray shared a 1.52-second video showing Osimhen in a solo training session, raising hopes for his return. Osimhen quickly demonstrated his value by sealing Galatasaray’s dominance with a late goal in the 92nd minute. He executed a stunning overhead scissors kick from a free kick taken by Hakim Ziyech.

His comeback added excitement to the match, as the Nigerian striker displayed no signs of rust, immediately regaining his sharpness. Galatasaray coach Okan Buruk expressed his delight at the player’s return, and this goal further solidified Osimhen’s position as a key player for the team, much to the fans’ satisfaction.
