President Bola Tinubu

Ahead of planned nationwide protests over economic hardship, many Nigerians are calling for President Bola Tinubu’s resignation.

On social media platforms, particularly X (formerly Twitter), users are rallying under the hashtag #TinubuMustGo, accusing the president of failing to address the nation’s economic crisis.

Reports indicate that frustrated youths are planning mass protests from August 1 to 10, with some threatening to demand Tinubu’s resignation if the protests are disrupted by security forces.
