Priscilla Ojo Opens Up on Claims About Her Husband’s Potency

Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ojo has opened up about the rumours her husband, Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, faced before they welcomed their first child together.

Speaking during an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, Priscilla revealed that many people in Tanzania once assumed Juma was impotent because he remained childless at the age of 35 despite being successful, wealthy, and previously involved in several relationships.

According to her, the speculation grew because many of Juma’s friends and colleagues already had children or baby mamas, while he did not.

She explained that her husband simply chose to wait until he felt the time and situation were right.

“In Tanzania, people used to question why he didn’t have children like his friends and colleagues,” Priscilla said. “A lot of assumptions were made because he had been in relationships before. But he always knew what he wanted and was very disciplined.”

Priscilla also shared that the rumours did not completely disappear after the birth of their son in August 2025. She said some people continued to speculate online, claiming the baby may have been born through surrogacy or implantation.

Despite the criticism and public assumptions, she praised Juma for staying focused and refusing to bow to societal pressure.

The couple officially tied the knot in a civil ceremony in Tanzania in February 2025 before holding their traditional and white weddings in Lagos two months later.

They welcomed their first child, Prince Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, in Canada in August 2025.
